Central Valley Electric Cooperative
CVE is joining with America's Electric Cooperatives to encourage you get out and vote this year. Co-ops VOTE is a non partisan project designed to inform co-op members on key issues facing electric cooperatives and encourage them to vote and support their co-ops and the communities they serve when they go to the polls. CVE does not endorse or recommend any candidates for election.
During the 2012 Presidential election cycle, there was an 18% drop in voter turnout in rural areas - more than twice the drop in urban and suburban parts of the country.
We cannot allow our voices to go unrepresented in the elections this November. So commit today to make your voice heard on Election Day (Tuesday, November 8). Go to www.VOTE.coop and Take the Pledge. You can also find information on important co-op issues, candidates in New Mexico and how to register to vote.
